Phew!
Well, I think I have done it. Accomplished Exercise #2 and forwarded the URL to The Training Team. Will wait to see if Karen acknowledges it and then and only then will I know that all of the effort was worthwhile. Am I a keen fan of blogging just yet? Well I reserve my judgment for the moment. Read my profile and you will see that I am a very private individual who doesn't reveal details of what I am doing to all and sundry. Well, I make an exception of Auntyof3, seeing as she is a special friend and is famous for her for her discretionary skills.

Hi Willy (am I still allowed to call you that after all these years?)
I'm touched that you should view me in such high regard...and of course you know the feeling is mutual! Your first blog looks to be most successful and I look forward to keeping an eye on your progress!
Well done Bill- you have created a blog! You don't have to put all your private thoughts on it...just ones about the programme and activities.
Sure you will find something to interest you along the way :)
Hooray! The NSL learning 2.0 team have acknowledged that my setting up of my Personal Blog was successful. So that is a hurdle overcome. At times it was a bit frustrating but now I am feeling a lot happier now that it is accomplished. Let us hope that they now tell me that Exercise #3 was just as successful. I did place a comment on another participating Trainee's Blog site.
One thing I have learnt, don't do the Exercises late in the evening! Next week I will save them all for a Tuesday when I have the time (and untrammelled) access) to our home Computer. At any other time I have to share my Computer here at home with someone else. Tuesday is good for me 'cos I don't have Library duties on that day and I can do them in the pm.
Roll on next week's Training Sessions. I do feel more confident now and with the help of my Branch's Liason Traininig Person I am a bit closer to the Reward that is on offer.
Regard to all that will read this
Bill (aka Simple Simon)
Without referring to the initial e-mails regarding the Training Sessions, I feel sure that someone said that 15 mins was all that was needed for each Exercise. Well sure! If you have been down this road before, but for the Novice it can be a little more time consuming
